We ship our books via USPS and Fedex. Processing time to shipping is currently 1 to 3 days. The table below shows the shipping and handling charges applied to online orders. We currently offer book sales to residents of the United States and US territories and protectorates, AND Canada as indicated below.

Our delivery charges are represented in US dollars. During the check out process, you will be prompted to select your preferred shipping service. The cost will be calculated for you and displayed for your approval.
